Adanac Moly Corp. (AUA:TSX.V) is pleased to announce that Klohn Crippen Consultants Ltd. have completed a 2004 socio-economic and environmental program. Klohn Crippen has submitted two reports to Adanac, The Ruby Creek Project - Fisheries Assessment and Ruby Creek Project - Environmental Baseline. This work includes reviews of the large volume of information that Klohn Crippen Consultants Ltd had in storage from the programs conducted for Placer Development Ltd during the 1978 to 1980 period followed by the 2004 field sampling, field studies program and office work. The company is pleased with the results and has been encouraged to continue development of the deposit.

Adanac Moly Corp. has signed a CAD$ 818,953.00 contract with Klohn Crippen Consultants Ltd. to conduct the Environmental and Socio-Economic Impact Assessment work required to submit the requisite documentation to the regulatory agencies by the end of 2005. This is targeted to meet Adanac's intent to develop the Ruby Creek Molybdenum project and to start the Environmental Assessment Certificate Application.

The company expects that AMEC PLC will have completed their NI 43-101 reserve report by the end of March 2005. This will enable the company to proceed with prefeasibility and feasibility studies to be completed within the next 12 months.
