Adanac Appoints Metallurgical Consultant & Contracts Minnovex

Adanac Moly Corp.(AUA:TSX.V) is pleased to announce Mr. John Fisher C.Eng., P.Eng., has been
retained as Metallurgical Consultant for the process development of the Company's Ruby Creek
Molybdenum project in Atlin, BC.
Mr. Fisher has an honours degree in chemical engineering and has worked for more than forty
years in the mining industry (U.K., Canada, U.S.A., South America and Africa) and has chartered
engineering status in U.K. and the E.E.C. He is a registered professional engineer in Ontario
and British Columbia. His priority is to work with Minnovex Technologies Inc. (Toronto) who have
been awarded the contract to develop optimum milling and flotation conditions for Adanac's
proposed 20,000 tonne per day project to produce high grade molybdenite (MoS2) concentrates.
Minnovex's comprehensive programme is key to the establishment of the most up-to-date
(technically) and most economic process for extraction and recovery of
Molybdenum from the Ruby Creek resource. They are recognized world-wide as leaders in the
development of comminution, flotation and process control systems for mineral extraction and
recovery. Carefully selected drill core samples from Adanac's 2004 diamond drilling programme
at Ruby Creek have been shipped from site to Minnovex in Toronto. This test-work will commence
on May 9, 2005 and is expected to be completed within one month.
